Teknoku.me – Apple officially introduced the iPhone 12 line last week. However, at the launch event, Apple didn’t reveal all the specifications of the iPhone 12. T
here are a few things that haven’t been revealed yet. One of them is the battery capacity of each iPhone 12 model.
Recently, a document from the Brazilian certification body, ANATEL, revealed the battery capacity of the iPhone 12 mini.
This document is also a sign that the iPhone 12 lineup will be assembled for several countries. In the document, it is written that the device with the model number A2471 has a battery with a capacity of 2,227 mAh. The device is none other than the iPhone 12 Mini.
This capacity is still 18 percent larger than the iPhone SE 2020 which is equipped with a 1,821 mAh battery.
According to Apple, the battery capacity of the iPhone 12 mini will be able to play videos for 15 hours, longer than the iPhone SE with a playback duration of 13 hours.
The iPhone 12 Mini itself is targeted to arrive at offline outlets in November.
As for the iPhone 12, the document notes that the battery capacity is 2,815 mAh. This capacity is smaller than the iPhone 11 which is equipped with a 3,110 mAh battery.
Apple claims the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro batteries can last up to 17 hours to play videos.
The document also mentions Brazil and India.
These countries are indeed Apple’s subscription to assembly. This is because Brazil and India offer tax incentives for locally produced equipment.
In India, pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will begin October 23. Meanwhile, orders for the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max in the United States will begin on November 6.
