Huawei Watch GT 2 Released

TEKNOKU.me – Along with the introduction of the Mate 30 smartphone series, Huawei also released the Watch GT 2 smartwatch. This watch is the successor to the first Watch GT series launched last year.

Huawei Watch GT 2 has two different sizes namely 46 mm and 42 mm. Both are controlled by the Huawei Kirin A1 chipset which is claimed to be more efficient in power usage.

With this chipset, the Huawei Watch GT 2 is said to last up to two weeks of use in a single full battery charge.

In addition, this smartwatch can also last for 30 minutes of telephone calls via Bluetooth, 30 minutes of music players and 90 minutes of sports use.

Huawei Watch GT 2 is equipped with a 3D screen with a glass coating. The screen is made with a 1.39-inch Hd AMOLED panel with a screen resolution of 454 x 454 pixels.

As a smartwatch, the Huawei Watch GT 2 can also be used to monitor the user’s body condition. Even this device can detect the condition of heart failure.

Through the Huawei Watch GT 2, device users will be notified if the heart rate is above 100 bpm or below 50 bpm for more than 10 minutes.

Then this device can also monitor heart rate during sleep, respiratory quality, and use these data to analyze the user’s sleep quality.

Huawei Watch GT 2 is also equipped with TruRelax technology to help users reduce stress levels.

Besides having a function for health, the Huawei Watch GT 2 also has features like a cellphone such as a phonebook, storing songs and making calls via Bluetooth with a maximum distance of 150 meters.

This smartwatch will go on sale in October and is priced at 289 USD for the 46 mm series and 264 USD for the 42 mm size.
