Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi Fight for Apple’s AirDrop Competitors

TEKNOKU.me – Oppo, Xiaomi, and Vivo collaborate in developing Apple’s AirDrop competitor’s file-sharing feature.

Vivo announced that the feature will be available in February 2020.

This file-sharing is known to be developed with a peer-to-peer protocol transfer system and can be operated with just one touch.

Apple’s AirDrop competitor features will be embedded in Oppo’s ColorOS operating system, Xiaomi’s MIUI, and JoviOS later.

In addition, this feature can make the process of data transfer quickly, and claimed the speed of up to 20MB per second.

Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi smartphones will only need to be equipped with WiFi or Bluetooth to be able to use this file-sharing.

The three technology companies from China also offer other brand companies to jointly develop these features to be more developed.
